Maylee Oh’s latest release at The Secret Store is full of fun, flirty and undeniably girly goodies. Circle skirts, gloves, cardigans, high-waist pants and tanks in super summery, bright colors and patterns. I couldn’t resist buying the entire collection. Erratic Rain was kind enough to pass me some samples from her store at LE.LOOK. I have been wearing the Hailey Sequin Long Top around since I first opened it. Love it!

A few new things…

La Petite Morte has a new mainstore where you will find several photo sets, I’m using the Attic, and accessories, such as the 2 Turtle Doves hair piece. Clique is the new pose store by Iris Seale. Clique has an impressive selection of poses, all created with the photographer in mind. They are made to be viewed from different angles and have little-to-no distortion or improbable joint positions. Finally, the jacket is part of the new Military Glam motif that is LeLutka’s latest collection. Go, now, and shop.

I was feeling just a little frisky, so I decided to try on the Little Glitter Dress from caLLie cLine.

The dress comes on all layers and, as the edges are completely finished, you can leave off the skirt prim and wear it as a cute little hotpants romper. I decided to keep the prim on, but moved it to the pelvis attachment point so that I could wear the PN CC Tail Extreme, made by Obyri Nightfire in collaboration with caLLie cLine. The tail is accented with a diamond ring, made by Callie, that matches Callie’s Rock Diamond Bangle. The tail is scripted with movement and emotes, so it is a lot of fun to play with. And don’t forget the ears! They are edged in diamonds to complete the glitzy kitty look.

New Stuff! 5th & Oxford and [Gos]

Roslin was kind enough to pass me a sneak peek at the upcoming release from 5 th & Oxford, the Jori Blouse and Skirt.

Each piece will be available in eight spring-like colors that coordinate together beautifully, here I’m wearing the blouse in Egg Blue, the waist band from the Coral skirt, and the skirt prim in Twig. The ensemble is sweet and playful with a buttoned and ruffled neckline and a not-too-full, not-too-short skirt. Watch for this release soon!

I’m also addicted to my most recent find at Accessory Fair 2010, the Intuition Glasses from Gos Custom Eyewear. You can personalize them by adding your initials to the arms, change the lens tint and opacity, and if the four included frame colors (Black, White, Chrome and Tortoise Shell) are not enough for you, you can purchase additional colors in the form of really clever cans of spray paint.

Day 3: LOTD – From Where I Sit

From my seat by the window, I can look out across the water at the two floating lotus that Eshi Otawara created for Night Flower. What a gorgeous view to log in to each day, right?

Saiyge Lotus is doing most of the heavy lifting as we redesign the sim – the woman is amazing when it comes to sim design, terraforming and landscaping, and I’m not exaggerating even a little bit! Have you visited Oubliette? If not, you need to! And while you’re there, visit her store, Balderdash, where she turns tiny prims into works of wearable art…among other things.

So, even though I can do little more than move some pixel furniture back and forth while I bounce around watching Saiyge work her magic, I’m keeping my look comfortable. I paired a long sweater with some leggings and simple shoes. To ramp up the warmth factor, I snuggled into some fingerless gloves and legwarmers to complete the look.

Now, I’m heading back to the sim to rummage my inventory for more furniture. Feel free to drop in for a visit!
