Mass Exodi
June 1st, 2009 by Gabby Panacek

Ryker Beck is Second Life’s version of the Big Bang Theory.  Creativity and drive seem to collide within her and explode across the grid.  It should come as no surprise, then, that as she reopens under her new brand, Exodi, she does so in a big way.  Today, Exodi introduces not one, but TWO, new skin lines, a new range of eyes and a build-your-own fatpack system.

Its no secret that I’m a fan of the original Eden and Candace skin lines.  Ryker has built upon the Eden base to add depth and detail, refining her first skin into Eden v2.  She’s a little more grown up and a little more sophisticated.  The under-lip shadow is a tad pronounced on my shape, but the texture of the lips is so soft and satiny, I can definitely overlook it.

Shiloh is brand new, Ryker’s third official skin line, and the first released solely under Exodi.  She has pouty lips and eyes that seem a bit more exotic.  The release line of makeup options features enough variety for everyone.

What would a skin post be without a gratuitous booty shot?  Actually, I just wanted you to see Shiloh and Eden v2 side by side.  This is Shiloh in Honey and Eden in Nutmeg.

The eyes definitely have it, though.  I said to Ryker today that nothing could get me out of her Zbilja blue eyes.  Well, she proved me wrong with Vetro.  They are deep and life-like.  So much so that I may have to start wearing brown eyes, because Vetro Brown is almost an exact match of my RL eyes.  I’m wearing the brown eyes in all of the above photos, and here are the rest of the colors.

So, Ryker releases 2 new skin lines, each with eight makeup options, Shiloh in 5 skin tones and Eden v2 in 4 skin tones, so how do you decide which to wear?  Well, she’s made that easy also.  With her new Build-Your-Own-Fatpack cards, you can pick and choose from any skin in the store.  Each card is L$5000 and entitles you to 8 skins.  That is a VERY reasonable L$625 per skin.  And they are stackable.  You can buy two cards, and when you wear them in succession, they will add together and you can choose any 16 skins.  With so many makeup options in each line, now you can pick and choose your favorites and build your collection at your own pace!  And don’t forget Beck’s Bucks!  Each purchase you make, from jewelry to skins, will contain Beck’s Bucks from L$1 to L$10.  Save ‘em up and cash them in toward future purchases.  What a great way to reward loyal customers.

Okay, I’m all worn out from trying on skins and eyes all afternoon…just go shop now, k?
